Adedayo Olawuyi is an experienced Human resource professional. He hold a BSc, Sociology, PGD, Management Science, MBA, specialisation in HR and recently MSc, Business Administration (HR). His 13 years experience span across General HR, Learning and development, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, Business partnering, Talent Development, sales capability development and HR/Sales data process and analytics within Academic sector, FMCG, Professional Institute, and Quick Service Restaurant industry. He holds professional certifications with CIPM, NITAD, CMD, ITF, Certified leadership development and succession strategies (HCI USA)
Adedayo is also a minister of the gospel, educationist, Christ Kingdom influencer, motivational speaker, passionate about youth and entrepreneurship development. He is currently the Human Resource Manager for Caleb University Imota Lagos and a managing partner with AriDay W3 Consult Nigeria.
