I am Adedokun Olayinka Samuel, a citizen of Oyo Sate and a Nigerian, dynamic young man , enthusiastic and positive about life.  As a member of Caleb family,  my goal is to contribute the best of my experience, skills and trainings to achieve the overall goals and vision of Caleb University to  become competitive globally. I have had over fifteen years working experience cutting across various industries such as logistics, etc. I have a strong background in statistics, religious studies and leadership, and I have attended trainings, workshops  and conferences in this regard. This has helped me to develop keen interest in qualitative research , customers' relationship management and project management. As a result of my input, I have contributed to the profit of my organizations in the past by meeting up with deadlines on task, recommending ways of reducing cost of operation and retainership of clients by resolving issues .  As a lecturer, my interest span across the mental , emotional , spiritual and psychological development of my students and this is where my good interpersonal communication, problem solving, leadership  and effective reporting skills has come to play. I work with to know what they are go through by moving closer to them, monitoring of their participation in the classroom, attitude to classwork and assignment which sometimes leads to counselling and guiding them through their challenging moment and to recommend to the head of department when necessary. I am always willing to give my best into any assigned task and to ensure that the department delivers as expected. Above all, my goal is to see Caleb University among the best of the best in Nigeria and to be globally recognized.
