I am a highly motivated, compassionate, and client-focused support worker who strongly desires to leverage my expertise to provide cognitive, social, and emotional support to clients and the public. I adapt to independent and team environments and excel in challenging settings with well-developed interpersonal and organisational skills.
As an Administrative Secretary at the College of Postgraduate Studies, Caleb University, and in prior roles as College Administrator, Administrative Officer, and Office Assistant at Caleb University and Babcock University, I bring a solid foundation in administrative functions and client support. I have honed management skills, including office management, team building, supervision, administrative support, office stock management, and regular report preparation. I am also proficient in both physical and digital filing systems.
In addition to my experience, I am a highly organized and efficient professional with leadership skills across various administrative roles and strong interpersonal abilities. I am also the founder of Femkay Foundation for Humanitarian Relief, where we strive to bridge the gap between the haves and the have-nots by meeting people’s needs in any way possible.
In my current role as an Administrative Secretary, I have further developed skills essential to contributing effectively to any organization. I am enthusiastic about the opportunity to expand my career with your team and contribute positively to your goals.
My computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Word processing, email, and internet research, enable me to prepare documents and deliver reliable support to the organization.
