Adesikeoluwa M. Aboyeji is a Physiologist and a Neuroscientist. She holds a B.Sc. degree in Physiology from the University of Ilorin and a M.Sc. degree in Physiology (with a focus on Neuroscience) from the University of Ibadan. She teaches a variety of courses in Human Physiology, including Cardiovascular Physiology, Blood Physiology, and Neurophysiology. With a passion for inspiring curiosity and critical thinking in students, she is committed to fostering academic excellence and professional growth.

Adesikeoluwa’s research interests lie at the intersection of neuroscience and physiology, focusing on neuroinflammation, neurodegenerative diseases, and neuroinformatics. She is actively involved in research projects aimed at exploring the mechanisms of brain disorders and developing innovative approaches to understanding neurodegenerative conditions.

As a member of esteemed organizations such as the Neuroscience Society of Nigeria, World Women in Neuroscience, and Women in Neuroscience, Nigeria, Adesikeoluwa contributes to the global conversation on neuroscience and champions the inclusion of women in STEM fields.
