I am a highly experienced Secretarial and Administrative Professional with about two decades practical working experience.
I hold a Higher National Diploma (Upper Credit Grade) in Secretarial Administration and I also have an MBA in Financial Management. I am an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institue of Professional Secretaries, as well as an Associate Member of Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered); I am also a Certified Microsoft Excel Professional. Prior to joining Caleb University, I have worked as a Secretary and Personal Assistant to top level executives, directors and business owners in different corporate organizations, majorly in the financial sector (banking and Insurance). I have also occupied different administrative and human resources roles during the course of my career. I have attended several trainings, workshops and conferences facilitated by notable consulting firms in the country.
Presently, I am the College Secretary and the Acting College Administrator of the College of Arts, Social and Management Sciences (CASMAS). For the past one year, I have been combining the roles of the College Administrator and the College Secretary of CASMAS efficiently and effectively.
I was grossly underemployed at the point of joining the University because CONUNASS 8 was the highest secretarial position needed then and that was what was offered to me. Clearly, my qualifications and years of experience far outweigh my current position and I am sure that the two supervisors I have worked and working with, who are notable Deans and Professors in the University can attest to my outstanding performance. I therefore called on the Managment to consider me for a higher position.
