Onyekachi E. Nnabuihe holds a PhD in Peace and Conflict Studies. He is a Senior Lecturer and Ag. Head, Department of Criminology, Security, Peace and Conflict Studies, Caleb University, Lagos, Nigeria. He was FAR-LeaF fellow, University of Pretoria; Fellow, African Studies Centre, Leiden University; Catalyst fellow, Centre for African Studies, University of Edinburgh; fellow, Brown International Advanced Research Institutes (BIARI), Brown University. Dr Nnabuihe has held some research grants and has published in reputable outlets both locally and internationally. His research interest is on peace, conflict, security and development studies, resource and identity conflicts as well as governance and institutions. He has ongoing research focusing on protests, belonging and elections, natural resource management and farmer/herder conflicts, political competitions and violence, the military and militarization of society, armed gangs; banditry, gender and border security.
