I was born on 20th  August, 1955 in Ondotown in the southwest part of Nigeria. I attended St. Peter's primary school, Mobolorunduro between 1961 and 1968. In 1969, I proceeded to St. Monica's Girls Grammar School, Ondo and completed my secondary education in 1973.  I gained admission to the University of Nigeria, Nsukka in 1976, where I bagged a B Sc., degree in Statistics with a second class upper division in June, 1980. I served with the Federal Housing Authority in between 1980 and 1981 for the NYSC before  employment at the Federal Institute of  Industrial Research, Oshodi as a Research Officer 2 in 1981 and I rose through the ranks at FIIRO to the post of deputy director in 2008  and I was fully engaged in economic research studies. While at FIIRO, I gained admission to the University of Lagos in 1987 for the MBA degree programme and graduated in 1991. I  later attended Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife for the MSc programme in 2004 and graduated with MSc Technology Management in 2008 and  immediately proceeded to the Ph D  programme at the same University in 2009 which I completed in 2014. I retired voluntarily at FIIRO in 2015.

I joined Caleb University on  the 2nd of November, 2016 as a Senior Lecturer in the department of Business Administration and I was also appointed as the Acting  Director  of  the Entrepreneurial Centre and later the Chairperson of the Entrepreneurial Committee overseeimg all entrepreneurial activities of the University covering crop and fish faming,  and Students' Skill aquisition and marketing same and other empowerment activities such as Lagos State Ready-Set-Work in 2018. I was equally engaged in  the teaching of both  the undergraduate and postgraduate students. In 2019, I was appointed as the Acting Head of Department during the critical period of COVID-19 and successfully led the Department till 2021. As the Deputy Dean  of CBS in the 2021/20122 session, I assisted the Dean in running the CBS. I have continued to work diligently in the Department of Business Administration to contribute to the development  of the department in particular and the University in general.
