In 2016, I joined Social Development News (SDN) as Editor, as well as writing as a Development Journalist for the medium with focus in development reporting situated within the context of engaging institutional stakeholders on issues of good governance and democratic development policies affecting women, youth, grassroots communities and other stakeholders of the society.

I had seven (7) years of teaching experience as an adjunct lecturer in the Department of Mass Communication, Yaba College of Technology, where I taught courses ranging from News Writing and Reporting, Feature Writing, Investigative Journalism, and Intermediate News Reporting among others.

My teaching areas are Journalism and Media Studies and my research area is Gender, Media and Development Communication. My research efforts have translated to publications in top international journals. I am currently a PhD student at the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta.

Beyond journalism and lecturing, I am also involved in NGO/social impact endeavours as Coordinator, of the Initiative for Social Impact and Sustainable Development (ISISD), especially to advance the cause of women and boys/girls initiatives and related social development interests.
